The 10K Open International category is open to participants of all nationalities, including Indonesian and international participants, with no maximum age limit. Participants must present a valid official identity document.
Participant age is calculated on race day based on the date of birth shown on an official identity document.
Indonesian participants aged 13–16 may enter the 10K National category with parental or guardian consent and must submit a Parent/Guardian Consent Letter during Race Pack Collection.

Cut Off Time (COT)
Fun Run 5K

Participants who exceed the COT will be directed by marshals or may be picked up by a Bus Sweeper or evacuation vehicle.
BIB Number
NO BIB, NO START, NO MEDAL.
- An official BIB must be worn on the front of the chest and remain clearly visible.
- Participants without a BIB are not permitted to start.
- BIBs are non-transferable.
- A counterfeit or borrowed BIB may result in disqualification.
Finisher Medal
Participants who wear an official BIB throughout the race and finish according to the rules are entitled to a finisher medal. Participants who exceed the COT may still receive a medal if they wear an official BIB and enter the refreshment zone.
Safety & Medical
The organizer will provide safety facilities, medical services, evacuation support, and hydration points throughout the event according to operational needs.
